书写表达在降低不孕症抑郁患者中的效果研究

摘要：

目的 探讨书写表达在不孕症抑郁患者中的作用。方法 选取某三甲医院不孕症合并抑郁的女性患者100例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组给予传统护理模式干预，观察组在对照组的基础上进行书写表达干预，比较干预前后两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者HAMD、HAMA得分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义
（P<0.05）；患者的护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 书写表达能够减轻不孕症抑郁患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高其对护理服务的满意度。

Study on the effect of writing expressive in reducing the depression of patients with infertility

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of writing expressive in reducing the depression of patients with infertility. Methods One hundred cases of female patients with infertility and depression in a top three hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group was given additional writing expressive intervention. The differences in anxiety, depression and nursing satisfaction between the two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results The scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Writing expression can reduce the anxiety and depression in infertile patients with depression and improve their nursing satisfaction.
