留置针与中心静脉置管在大肠癌持续静滴化疗中的应用

摘要：

目的 观察留置针与外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管（PICC）在大肠癌持续静滴化疗中的应用及护理方法。方法 将80例大肠癌持续静滴化疗患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组经外周静脉留置针持续静滴化疗，研究组经PICC持续 患者静滴化疗，化疗期间动态观察患者静脉炎、色素沉着、神经毒性发生情况，并调查患者满意度。结果 两周期化疗结束后，研究组患者静脉炎发生率、色素沉着发生率、神经毒性发生率均明显低于对照组（P<0.05），满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 使用PICC持续恒速滴注进行化疗，明显减少了不良反应的发生，减少了护理工作量，提高了大肠癌临床疗效。

 intravenous drip colorectal chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer

ABATRACT: Objective To observe the application of indwelling needle and peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) in continuous intravenous drip colorectal chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 80 colorectal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received contions intravenous drip chemotherapy through venous indwelling needle, while the study group was throuth PICC. The incidences of several side effects were observed, including phlebitis, chromatosis and neurotoxicity, and patients' satisfaction was also surveyed. Results After two periods of chemotherapy, the patients in study group had lower incidence rate of phlebitis, chromatosis and neurotoxicity and higher satisfaction rate, the differences were significant Conclusion The contions intravenous drip chemotherapy chemotherapy with PICC，reduce the side effects in patients and adverse reaction, and alleviates the workload of nurses, and has a remarkable effect in colorectal cancer.
