腹腔镜胆囊切除术与小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石临床比较

摘要：
目的 比较腹腔镜胆囊切除术与小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的胆囊结石患者150例为研究对象，均分为两组，各75例。对照组给予临床常规小切口切除术治疗，试验组用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组患者术中临床指标及效。结果 试验组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、术后各阶段功能评分、不良反应发生率均优于对照组（P约0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下切除术对胆囊结石患者的损伤较小，可以明显缩短患者疾病恢复时间，降低并发症发生率。

Clinical comparison between laparoscopic cholecystotomy and minilaparotomy cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the curative effect between laparoscopic cholecystotomy and minilaparotomy cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis. Methods One hundred and fifty cases patients with cholecystolithiasis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received clinical conventional minilaparotomy cholecystectomy, and the experimental group received laparoscopic cholecystotomy. Intraoperative clinical index and curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results The blood loss, operation time, LOS, postoperation function scores rate of each stage and incidence rate of adverse reactions of patients in experimental group were all superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystotomy has less damage, and can dramatically shorten patients recovery time and reduce postoperation complication rate.
