血府逐瘀丸联合抗生素治疗子宫内膜炎临床效果评价

摘要：

目的 探讨子宫内膜炎采用血府逐瘀丸联合抗生素治疗的临床效果。方法 对2015年5月至2016年5月本院收治的96例子宫内膜炎患者的一般资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者均经临床检查确诊为子宫内膜炎。按照治疗方法将96例患者分为研究组（给予血府逐瘀丸+抗生素）与对照组（给予单纯抗生素）。对比两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率为 95.8%（46/48），明显高于对照组的75.0%（36/48）（P<0.05）；研究组、对照组患者不良反应总发生率分别为4.2%（2/48）、6.3%（3/48），组间比较差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论采用血府逐瘀丸联合抗生素治疗子宫内膜炎，能获得较单纯应用抗生素治疗更为显著的效果，且不良反应的发生率较低，安全可靠，值得推广。

Clinical efficacy evaluation of Xuefu Zhuyu pill combined with antibiotics

 in the treatment of endometritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu pill combined with antibiotics in the treatment of endometritis. Methods The general data of 96 cases of patients with endometritis in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, all patients were diagnosed as endometritis by clinical examination. According to different therapeutic method, 96 cases of patients were divided into study group, which was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu pill combined with antibiotics and the control group received antibiotics purely. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.8% (46/49), which was obviously higher than 75.0% (36/48) of the control group (P<0.05); The total adverse reaction incidence rate of the study group and the control group were 4.2% (2/48) and 6.3% (3/48) respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu pill combined with antibiotics in the treatment of endometritis was better than a simple application of antibiotics, and the occurrence of adverse reactions is low, it is safe and reliable. Thus it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
