活血利水中药复方对高血压病早期肾损害的临床疗效研究

摘要：
目的 研究活血利水中药复方对高血压病早期肾损害的临床疗效。方法 选择2011年2月至2015年12月在我院进行诊治的高血压病早期肾损害患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组（40例）给予硝苯地平控释片，观察组（40例）联合给予活血利水中药复方。比较两组患者的血压、肾功能各项指标和临床疗效。结果 对照组治疗前、后的血压、肾功能各项指标比较无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后观察组的血压、肾功能各项指标均明显低于治疗前（P<0.05），且明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）。结论 活血利水中药复方可有效控制高血压病早期肾损害患者的血压水平，并改善肾功能，提高治疗效果，值得推广。

Clinical effective observation on treating renal damage in early hypertension with the compound
Chinese herbal medicine of blood-activating and urine-inducing

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effecacy on treating renal damage in early hypertension with the compound Chinese herbal medicine of blood-activating and urine-inducing. Methods Eighty cases of patients with early renal damage in essential hypertension in our hospital from February 2011 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group (40 cases) was given nifedipine controlled release tablets, while the observation group (40 cases) was given compound Chinese herbal medicine of blood-activating and urine-inducing on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure, renal function indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure and renal function indexes before and after treatment in the control group (P >0.05); after treatment, the blood pressure and renal function indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05) and was significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group which was 80.00% (P<0.05). Conclusion The compound Chinese herbal medicine of blood-activating and urine-inducing can effectively control the level of blood pressure in patients with renal damage in early hypertension, improve the renal function levels and treatment efficiency, which is worthy of promotion.
