低速涡轮机配合高速涡轮机在智齿拔除中的应用

摘要:

目的 探讨低速直涡轮机配合高速涡轮机拔牙术在下颌复杂阻生智齿中的应用效果。方法 选择2015年2月至2016年2月我院收治的下颌复杂阻生智齿患者70例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为传统组(n=35)和微创组(n=35),给予常传统组患者传统拔牙术,微创组患者进行低速直涡轮机配合高速涡轮机拔牙术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 微创组患者拔牙时VAS评分为(0.6±0.3)分,显著低于传统组的(1.2±0.4)分(P<0.05);微创组患者断根发生率为2.86%,显著低于传统组的 20.00%(P±0.05);面颊肿胀发生率为11.43%,显著低于传统组的34.29%(P<0.05);牙龈撕裂发生率为2.86%,显著低于传统组的22.86%(P<0.05);张口受限发生率为5.71%,显著低于传统组的28.57%(P<0.05),干槽症发生率为0.00%,显著低于传统组的11.43%(P<0.05)。结论 低速直涡轮机配合高速涡轮机拔牙术运用在下颌复杂阻生智齿中效果显著,能有效减少患者并发症发生率,提高患者治疗效果,有较高的临床应用价值。

    The application of low speed turbine combined with high speed turbine

    in the extraction of wisdom tooth

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of low speed direct turbine combined with high speed turbine in the extraction of mandibular complex impacted teeth. Methods Seventy patients in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects, and all the patients were randomly divided into traditional group (n=35) and minimally invasive group (n=35). The traditional group was treated with traditional extraction, while the minimally invasive group was treated with low speed direct turbine combined with high speed turbine. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of the minimally invasive group was (0.6±0.3), which was significantly lower than (1.2 ±0.4) of the traditional group (P<0.05); the incidence rate of root failure, cheek swelling, gingival laceration, the limitation of open mouth and dry socket in the minimally invasive group were 2.86%, 11.43%, 2.86%, 5.71%, and 0.00% respectively, which were lower than 20.00%, 34.29%, 22.86%, 28.57% and 11.43% of the traditional group (P<0.05).Conclusion There is remarkable effect in the extraction of mandibular complex impacted teeth with low speed direct turbine combined with high speed turbine, it can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patients' treatment effect. It has a good clinical value.
