双黄连注射液治疗肺炎小儿患者的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探索双黄连注射液对肺炎患儿的治疗效果。方法 选取2012年3月至2015年3月我院收治的100例肺炎患儿， 将患儿按随机数字表法分为两组，各50例。对照组患儿给予头孢噻肟钠治疗，观察组患儿采用双黄连注射液治疗，观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果 观察组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺部体征恢复时间明显短于对照组患儿（P<0.05）；观察组患 儿的血清CRP水平、降钙素原水平明显低于对照组患儿（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为86.00%，对照组总有效率为66.00%，观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 双黄连注射液在肺炎患儿中效果确切，可有效改善患儿临床症状，降低患儿血清CRP水平、降钙素原水平，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect observation of Shuanghuanglian injection in the treatment

of pediatric patients with pneumonia

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of Shuanghuanglian injection in the the treatment of pediatric patients with pneumonia. Methods One hundred cases of pediatric patients with pneumonia admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to digital table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given cefotaxime sodium, while the observation group adopted Shuanghuanglian injection treatment, then the clinical effect of the two groups were observed. Results The cough disappearance time, antifebrile time, symptom recovery time of the observation group after treatment were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05);the serum CRP level and calcitonin level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.00%, which was significantly higher than 66.00% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Shuanghuanglian injection has exact effect in children with pneumonia, it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the serum CRP level and calcitonin level, and improve the effect of treatment. It is worthy of popularization and application.
