干扰素α-2b 凝胶联合微波治疗宫颈炎合并HPV感染疗效评价

摘要：

目的 评价干扰素α-2b凝胶联合微波治疗宫颈炎合并HPV感染的疗效。方法 选取2014年2月至2016年11月慢性宫颈炎患者104例为研究对象，随机分为观察组及对照组各52例，对照组采用微波治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗，两组都治疗观察1个月，记录两组预后情况。结果 观察组的总有效率为98.1%，对照组的总有效率为 88.5%，观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的阴道排液时间、阴道流血时间、创面愈合时间分别为（8.51±1.22）d、（6.52±1.44）d 和（18.40±3.10）d明显低于对照组的（12.94±2.01）d、（9.92±1.98）d 和（23.40±2.91）d（P<0.05）。结论 干扰素α-2b凝胶联合微波治疗宫颈炎合并HPV感染，能促进临床症状的恢复，提高治疗效果，有很好的应用价值。

Therapeutic evaluation of interferon α-2b gel combined with microwave in the treatment of cervicitis

 with HPV infection

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the effect of interferon α-2b gel combined with microwave in the treatment of cervicitis with HPV infection. Methods One hundred and four patients with chronic cervicitis from February 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the research objects, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with microwave, while the observation group was treated with interferon α-2b gel on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 1 month, and the prognosis of the two groups were recorded. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.1% and 88.5%, the total effective rates of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The vaginal discharge time, vaginal bleeding duration and heal time in the observation group were (8.51±1.22) d, (6.52± 1.44) d and (18.40±3.10) d, which were significantly lower than (12.94±2.01) d, (9.92±1.98) d and (23.40±2.91) d in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Interferon α-2b gel combined with microwave in treatment of cervicitis with HPV infection can promote the recovery of clinical symptoms and improve curative effect, which has great application value.
