改良麻醉方式在气管镜检查中的应用

摘要：

目的 探讨改良麻醉方式在气管镜检查中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年8月至2015年8月在我院接受气管镜检查和治疗的120例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各60例，对照组患者使用利多卡因进行常规麻醉，研究组患者口服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆加鼻腔点利多卡因进行改良麻醉，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 研究组患者的麻醉优良率为98.33%，明显高于对照组的76.67%（P<0.05）；研究组患者的满意度为96.67%，明显高于对照组患者的75.00% （P<0.05）；两组患者的血压（BP）、呼吸频率（RR）比较差异不明显（P>0.05）；研究组患者的心率（HR）及血氧饱和度（SaO2）明显优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在气管镜检查中应用口服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆加鼻腔点利多卡因的临床效果较显著。

Application of the modified anesthesia on bronchoscope examination

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application effect of modified anesthesia on bronchoscope examination. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients who texted and treated with bronchoscope examination in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the study objects, all the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received lidocaine as the routine anesthesia, while the study group took dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage orally and accepted lidocaine through nasal cavity as the modified anesthesia. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of anesthetic of the study group was 98.33%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in BP and RR between the two groups (P<0.05). The HR and SaO2 of the study group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage orally and accepted lidocaine through nasal cavity anesthesia in the bronchoscope examination has significant clinical effect.
