医护合作策略在腹部手术患者术后疼痛护理中的应用

摘要：

目的 探讨科学的腹部手术术后镇痛的方法，确保术后镇痛治疗的安全实施。方法 选择我院收治的160例行腹部外科手术的患者，随机分为干预组和对照组，各80例。对照组采用常规术前护理，干预组采用医护合作策略。研究医护合作策略对患者术后疼痛程度、镇痛情况、下床活动时间、不良反应及护理满意度的影响。结果 术后清醒时，干预组与对照组的视觉模拟评分VAS比较，无显著性差异(P>0.05);术后24、48h，干预组的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的镇痛需求、不良事件发生率及下床活动间隔时间均低于对照组，满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护合作策略可提高患者腹部术后镇痛管理质量，确保患者的安全，值得应用和推广。

Application of physician-nurse cooperation style in pain management of patients after abdominal surgery operation

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore a scientific pain management method for patients treated with abdominal surgery operation and ensure patients' safety of postoperative analgesia. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of patients underwent abdominal surgery operation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine preoperative nursing, and the intervention group adopted the physician-nurse cooperation style. The influence of physician-nurse cooperative style for patients' postoperative pain degree, analgesia situation, time of getting out of bed, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in postoperative awake visual analogue scale (VAS) scores between the intervention group and the control group (P>0.05); the VAS scores of the intervention group at 24 and 48 h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the analgesic requirement, the incidence of adverse reactions and the interval of getting out of bed in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of physician-nurse cooperative style can effectively improve the quality of pain management and ensure patients' safety after abdominal surgery operation. It is worthy of application and promotion.
