桂枝茯苓胶囊和调经促孕类中药治疗月经不调不孕症临床观察

摘要：

目的 探究桂枝茯苓胶囊和调经促孕类中药治疗月经不调不孕症的效果。方法 以在我院接受治疗的350例月经不调不孕症患者为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，各175例。对照组用西药治疗，观察组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊和调经促孕类中药治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率、卵泡直径、内膜厚度明显优于对照组，而并发症总发生率则明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 采用桂枝茯苓胶囊和调经促孕类中药治疗月经不调不孕症效果显著，值得推广。

Clinical observation of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine of regulating menstruation and promoting pregnance in the treatment of irregular menstruation and infertility

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule and traditional Chinese medicine of regulating menstruation and promoting pregnance in the treatment of irregular menstruation and infertility. Methods A total of 350 infertile women with irregular menstruation patients were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 175 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine of regulating menstruation and promoting pregnance, the treatment effects in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate, follicular diameter and intima thickness of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine of regulating menstruation and promoting pregnance has significant treatment effect for irregular menstruation and infertility, which is worthy of popularization.
