鱼腥草联合中药汤剂治疗宫颈炎疗效及对hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、SOD水平的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨鱼腥草联合中药汤剂治疗宫颈炎的疗效及对hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、SOD水平的影响。方法 选取2014 年1月至2015年12月于我院就诊的76例宫颈炎患者为本次研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用鱼腥草进行治疗，观察组患者采用鱼腥草联合中药汤剂治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α及SOD水平。结果 对照组患者的总有效率为73.69%，显著低于观察组的92.11%(P约0.05);两组患者治疗前的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、SOD水平无明显差异(P跃0.05);治疗后，两组患者hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、SOD水平均较治疗前有显著改善(P＜0.05)，但观察组患者治疗后的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、SOD 水平显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 鱼腥草联合中药汤剂治疗宫颈炎具有显著的临床疗效，可有效降低hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、SOD水平。

The effect of Yuxing cao combined with traditional Chinese medicine on cervicitis and the influence on the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and SOD

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of Yuxing cao combined with traditional Chinese medicine on cervicitis and the influence on hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and SOD level. Methods Seventy six cases of patients with cervicites admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received Yuxing cao, while the observation group accepted Yuxing cao combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical effect and the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6,TNF-α and SOD of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 73.69%, which was lower than 92.11% of the observation group (P＜0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference on the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and SOD of two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and SOD of two groups were better than those before treatment, and the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and SOD of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Yuxing cao combined with traditional Chinese medicine on cervicitis has significant clinical effect, and it can effectively reduce the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6,TNF-α and SOD.
