围术期护理干预在胆结石患者护理中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 分析围术期护理干预在胆结石患者护理中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2012年6月至2015年6月收治的60例胆结石患者为研究对象，将其分为A组与B组，每组30例。B组患者的护理方式为常规护理，A组患者的护理方式为围术期 护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度与下床活动时间、住院时间及禁食时间等临床指标。结果 A 组的护理满意度为 96.67%，B组的护理满意度为83.33%，A组明显优于B组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。A 组患者的下床时间、住院时间、禁食时间均短于B组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用围术期护理干预方式可以明显提高胆结石患者的康复速 度，具有较高的护理满意度，效果较显著，可在临床中推广。

The clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with gall-stone

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with gall-stone. Methods Sixty cases of patients with gall-stone admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were collected as the study objects. All the patients were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 30 cases in each group. Group B was given routine nursing, while group A accepted perioperative nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction rate, leaving bed time, hospital stays and fasting time of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the group A was 96.67% , which was higher than 83.33% of the group B, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The leaving bed time, hospital stays and fasting time in the group A were shorter than those of the group B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can improve the recovery of patients with gall-stone, which has significant clinical effect and is worth application and popularization in clinic.
