电化学发光免疫法和酶联免疫法检测乙肝病毒标志物的临床对比研究

摘要:

目的 探讨电化学发光免疫法和酶联免疫法检测乙肝病毒标志物的检测效果。方法 本研究选取了300例疑似乙型肝炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(150例)采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测,观察组(150例)采用电化学发光免疫法检测。观察并记录两种方法对五种不同乙肝病毒标志物的检出率,对比不同浓度HBsAg定值参比血清的最低检出浓度。结果 观察组的HBsAg 和HBeAb检出率分别为61.3%和24.0%,明显高于对照组的46.7%和13.3%(P<0.05),但两组HBsAb,HBeAg,HBcAb的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);取不同浓度HBsAg 定值做参比血清,用阴性血清进行倍比稀释,观察组的最低检出浓度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 电化学发光免疫法和酶联免疫吸附法和ELISA 均能检测出乙肝病毒标志物,但电化学发光免疫法检测的灵敏度更高,能为临床提供更好的诊断依据。

    Clinical contrast study between electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in the detecting of HBV markers

    ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in the examining of HBV markers. Methods Three hundreds of suspected patients with HBV were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (150 cases) was detected by ELISA, the observation group (150 cases) was measured by electrochemicalluminescence immunoassay. The detection rate of 5 different HBV markers and the minimum detectable concentration of reference serum for HBsAg at different concentrations were recorded and compared. Results The detection rate of HBsAg and HBeAb in the observation group were 61.3% and 24.0%, which were higher than 46.7% and 13.3% of the control group (P<0.05); but there were no statistical significance on detection rate of HBsAb, HBeAg, HBcAb between the two groups (P>0.05). Different concentrations of HBsAg constant reference serum were token and negative serum were used to dilute them, the minimum detective concentration in the observation group was lower than that Mof the control (P<0.05). Conclusion Both the electrochemicalluminescence immunoassay and ELISA can detect the HBV makers, but electrochemicalluminescence immunoassay is more sensitive than ELISA, which could provide better information for clinical diagnosis.
