低分子肝素预防人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效

摘要:
目的 分析低分子肝素应用于人工髋关节置换术后对患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法 按照入院先后顺序 将2014年4月至2016年5月100例接受人工髋关节置换术的患者分为两组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予低分子肝素治疗,比较两组患者的疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的下肢深静脉血栓的 发生率为4.0%,明显低于对照组的22.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为2.0%,明显低于对照组的14.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 低分子肝素可有效预防人工髋关节置换术后患者下肢深静脉血栓的形成,且安全性高,应在临床推广应用。

Effect of low molecular weight heparin on preventing deep venous thrombosis of
lower extremities after artificial hip replacement

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin on lower limb deep venous thrombosis after artificial hip replacement. Methods According to the order of admission, 100 cases of patients underwent artificial hip replacement from April 2014 to May 2016 were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy, while the observation group was given low molecular weight heparin on this basis, the curative effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was 4.0%, which was significantly lower than 22.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.0% , which was significantly lower than 14.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin can effectively prevent the formation of deepvenous thrombosis of lower limbs after artificial hip replacement, and it has higher safety, which should be applied in clinical.
