急性脑出血患者家属焦虑症状的调查分析及预防对策

摘要：

目的 通过分析急性脑出血患者家属在患者住院期间的焦虑症状和相关因素，制定相应的应对措施。方法 对93例急性脑出血患者家属进行问卷调查，分析家属的心情紧张、感到疲乏、食欲不振、睡眠障碍、易激惹等不良心理情况。结果 急性脑出血患者家属出现焦虑症状与患者家属的文化程度、人文因素、环境因素、经济状况、医疗费用的高低及对疾病了解的程度和方式等有关。患者家属对各种焦虑症状应对不良。结论 针对患者家属中出现的共性焦虑问题，采取相应的护理措施和对策，可以提高患者家属自我护理能力，确保患者能得到有效的社会支持。

Investigation and corresponding measures of anxiety of family members of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the anxiety and related factors of the family members of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage during hospitalization, the corresponding measures were formulated. Methods Ninety -three cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients' family member were given questionnaire survey, and the feelings of family members feel tension, fatigue, loss of appetite, sleep disorders, irritability and other adverse psychological situation were analyzed. Results The acute cerebral hemorrhage patients' families appear anxiety symptoms were related to education, human factors,environmental factors, economic status, medical expenses, the degree of understanding of the disease. Patients' families with various anxiety symptoms did not respond well. Conclusion In order to improve the self-care ability of patients' families,the corresponding nursing measures and countermeasures should be adopted to improve the self nursing ability of patients' families, so as to ensure the effective social support.
