针对性护理干预在结肠癌患者护理中的效果评价

摘要：

目的 探讨针对性护理干预对结肠癌患者的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治入院的结肠癌患者90例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组患者给予常规护理措施，观察组患者根据患者个人情况制定相应的针对性护理干预措施，比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 对照组患者中，1级疼痛14例、2级疼痛22例、3级疼痛9例;观察组患者中，1级疼痛17例、2级疼痛19例、3级疼痛9例。两组患者1、2级疼痛情况比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者3级疼痛比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量评分明显优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的平均焦虑评分为(52.7±4.5)分，对照组患者的平均焦虑评分为(61.7±3.9)分，两组患者焦虑情况比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对性护理干预应用于直肠癌患者的临床效果显著，值得推广。

Evaluation of the effect of targeted nursing intervention on nursing care of patients with colon cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention for patients with colon cancer. Methods Ninety cases of colon cancer patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention. The clinical nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results In the control group, there were 14 cases of grade 1 pain, 22 cases of grade 2 pain, 9 cases of grade 3 pain. In the observation group, there were 17 cases of grade 1 pain, 19 cases of grade 2 pain, 9 cases of grade 3 pain. The patients with grade 1, 2 pain of two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the comparison of the grade 3 pain of the two groups (P>0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The average score of anxiety in the observation group was (52.7±4.5)，that of the control group was (61.7±3.9), the difference on anxiety score of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for patients with colon cancer has significant effect, which worth popularization .
