小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆囊炎伴结石的临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 分析研究小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆囊炎伴结石的临床效果。方法 选取2014年2月至2015年2月我院接收的胆囊炎伴结石患者116例，随机分为试验组、对照组，各58例。对照组患者实施常规开腹手术切除治疗，试验组患者实施小切口 胆囊切除术进行治疗，对两组患者的手术效果进行对比。结果 试验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；手术时间和术中出血量明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间及住院时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；并发症总发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对胆囊炎伴结石患者采取小切口胆囊切除术进行治疗，可以使手术时间和住院时间明显缩短，对手术后患者肠功能恢复起到良好的促进作用，同时并发症相对比较低，具有较高的临床推广价值。

The efficacy observation of small incision cholecystectomy treatment on cholecystitis with stone

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystitis with stone. Methods One hundred and sixteen cases of patients with cholecystitis with stone admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional open surgery treatment, while the experimental group was treated with small incision cholecystectomy, then the operation effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05); the operative time and intraoperative blood loss were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); the intestinal function recovery time, ambulation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05); the total incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with cholecystitis with stone, small incision cholecystectomy can significantly shorten the operation time and hospitalization time, and play a good role in promoting bowel function recovery after surgery, at the same time, it has relatively fewer complications, and high clinical value.
