撬拔复位内固定术治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折的效果及安全性分析

摘要：

目的 研究撬拔复位内固定术治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折的临床疗效及安全性，探讨其临床适用性。方法 选取在我院就诊的120例SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，各60例。对照组患者给予切开复位内固定术治疗，试验组患者给予撬拔复位内固定术治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果 对照组患者的总有效率为80.00%（48/60），明显低于试验组患者的96.67%（58/60），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组患者并发症发生率为 20.00%，明显高于试验组患者的6.67%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 撬拔复位内固定术治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨 的疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

The effect and safety of pry pull reset internal fixation on Sanders type Ⅱ calcaneal fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of pry pull reset internal fixation on Sanders type Ⅱ  calcaneal fractures and explore the clinical applicability. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with Sanders type Ⅱ calcaneal fractures admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group patients was given open reduction internal fixation, the experimental group patients was given pry pull reset internal fixation. The clinical effect and complication rate of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 80.00% (48/60), which was obviously lower than 96.67% (58/60) of the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate of the control group was 20.00%, which was obviously higher than 6.67% of the experimental group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of pry pull reset internal fixation on Sanders type Ⅱ calcaneal fractures is significant and has high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
