微创术与开腹术行胆囊切除的比较分析

摘要：

目的 观察并讨论微创术与开腹术行胆囊切除的临床疗效，以期更好为此类患者提供临床治疗。方法 对2013年11月 至2016年2月来我院治疗的150例胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎患者进行回顾性分析，将患者随机分成开腹组（n=75）、微创组（n=75）。微创组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，开腹组行常规开腹胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组患者围手术期的临床疗效。结果 微创组临床效果明显优于开腹组，两组患者差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对需进行胆囊切除的患者施以微创胆囊切除术 有助于患者更快康复，并发症少，值得临床应用。

A comparative study of minimally invasive cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery and open cholecystectomy, in order to provide better clinical treatment for such patients. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of gallbladder stone with acute cholecystitis patients from November 2013 to February 2016 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and randomly divided into open surgery group (n=75) and minimally invasive group (n=75). Minimally invasive group underwent laparoscopic gallbladder resection and open surgery group underwent conventional open cholecystectomy in the treatment. The clinical curative effect of perioperative between two groups was compared. Results The clinical effect of minimally invasive group was significantly better than that of the open surgery group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive cholecystectomy for patients with cholecystectomy is helpful to the patients for faster recovery, less complications, which is worth clinic application.
