剖宫产产后出血经子宫背带式缝合术治疗的效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨剖宫产产后出血患者经子宫背带式缝合术治疗的效果。方法 从2009年3月至2016年3月在我院诊治的剖宫产产后出血患者中选取32例为研究对象，按随机抽签法分为两组，治疗组患者(n=16)应用经子宫背带式缝合术治疗，对照组患者(n=16)行常规宫腔填纱+子宫动脉上行支缝扎术治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、手术时间、产后出血量及产后产褥病发生率。结果 治疗组患者手术时间和产后出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组产褥病发生率为12.50%，低于对照组的43.75%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗有效率为93.75%，高于对照组的68.75%(P<0.05)。结论 剖宫产产后出血患者经子宫背带式缝合术治疗，临床疗效显著，操作方便，可减少患者产后出血量，降低产后产褥病发生率，安全性较高，值得借鉴。

The effect analysis of uterine brace suture technique on postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of uterine brace suture technique on postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods Thirty-two cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section admitted in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2016 were selected as study objects, and divided into treatment group (n=16) and control group (n=16) according to lot drawing method. The treatment group was treated with uterine brace suture technique, and the control group was treated with routine uterine packing and ascending branch of uterine artery ligation. The clinical curative effect,operation time, postpartum hemorrhage and incidence rate of postpartum puerperalism were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, postpartum hemorrhage of the treatment group were less than those of the control group(P<0.01); the incidence rate of postpartum puerperalism in the treatment group was 12.50%, which was significantly lower than 43.75% in the control group (P<0.05);the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 68.75% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with postpartum hemorrhage, uterine brace suture is certainly effective, and easy to operate, it can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and incidence rate of postpartum puerperalism, with high security, which is worth application.
