冠心病心力衰竭患者血尿酸、脑钠肽、高敏C 反应蛋白与左室射血分数的相关性分析

摘要:

目的 探讨分析冠心病心力衰竭患者血尿酸、脑钠肽、高敏C反应蛋白与左室射血分数的相关性。方法 选择我院2014年3月至2016年3月所收治的150例中老年冠心病心力衰竭病患者,作为观察组;同时选取当期在我院体检正常健康者60例,作为对照组。回顾性分析其临床资料,分别观察两组的血尿酸(UA)、脑钠肽(BNP)、高敏C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)相关指标,并对其与左室功能(射血分数)的相关性进行分析。结果 观察组患者的UA、BNP、hs-CRP、LVEF 水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在心脏功能分级上,级别越高,UA、BNP显著上升(P<0.01),而LVEF 不断降低,hs-CRP不断上升,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 冠心病心力衰竭患者的心功能等级越高,患者UA、BNP、hs-CRP 与LVEF的相关性就越低。

    Correlative analysis of serum uric acid, brain natriuretic peptide, high-sensitivity

    C-reactive protein and left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with coronary heart
    disease and heart failure

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the correlation among serum uric acid, brain natriuretic peptide, high sensitive C -reactive protein and left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with heart failure from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as observation group. At the same time, 60 healthy people in our hospital were chosen as control group, and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The correlation indexes of serum uric acid (UA), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were observed, and the correlations between them and left ventricular function (ejection fraction) were analyzed. Results The levels of UA, BNP, hs-CRP and LVEF in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). In the classification of cardiac function, with the increase of the level of cardiac function, the level of UA, BNP increased significantly, while LVEF decreased but there waw no significant difference hs-CRP. Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure, the higher the level of cardiac function, the lower the correlation between serum uric acid, brain natriuretic peptide, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and left ventricular ejection fraction.
