黄芪消肿汤治疗四肢长骨干骨折术后肿胀伴非感染性发热的临床研究

摘要：

目的 分析四肢长骨干骨折术后肿胀伴非感染性发热患者采用黄芪消肿汤治疗的临床效果。方法 本次研究以我院2014年4月至2016年4月接收的80例四肢长骨干骨折术后肿胀伴非感染性发热患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组采用常规治疗方法，观察组采用黄芪消肿汤治疗，比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果 在治疗总有效率、肿胀程度及发热持续时间方面，观察组均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 四肢长骨干骨折术后肿胀伴非感染性发热患者采用黄芪消肿汤治疗，效果显著，不仅可以改善患者的临床症状，同时还能缩短患者肿胀及非感染发热的时间，促进患者的早期康复，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research of Huangqi Xiaozhong decoction on the treatment of non-infectious fever caused by postoperative swelling limbs in long bone fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the Clinical research of Huangqi Xiaozhong decoction in the treatment of non -infectious fever caused by postoperative swelling limbs in long bone fractures. Methods Eighty cases of non-infectious fever with swelling of extremities long bone fracture surgery patients from April 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group was treated with conventional treatment, patientsin observation group was treated with Huangqi Xiaozhong decoction treatment, the effects of two groups were compared. Results the treatemt effect、swelling degree and time of fever duration in the observation group were better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Huangqi Xiaozhong decoction for non-infectious fever with swelling of extremities long bone fracture surgery is significant, which can improve the patients' clinical symptoms, reduce the swelling and non infectious fever time, and improve the early rehabilitation of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
