mTOR基因多态性rs2295080与非贲门胃癌的发病风险的关联性研究

摘要:

目的 检测哺乳动物雷帕霉素蛋白(mTOR)基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)rs2295080 与非贲门胃癌发病风险的关系。方法 采用TaqMan法在288例非贲门胃癌患者(病例组)和281例健康者(对照者)中对rs2295080进行基因分型;用非条件性Lo- gistic回归计算比值比(OR)和其95%可信区间(CI),从而评估各等位基因、基因型与非贲门胃癌发病风险的关系。结果 在病例组和对照组中,SNP rs2295080的等位基因和基因型频率分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。mTOR SNP rs2295080 与非贲门胃癌的发病风险没有关联。结论 mTOR SNP rs2295080 可能在非贲门胃癌的发病中不起主要作用。

    An association study between SNP rs2295080 in mTOR gene and non-cardiagastric cancer

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs2295080 in mam- malian target of rapamycin (mTOR) gene and the risk of non-cardia gastric cancer. Methods SNP rs2295080 was genotyped by TaqMan method among 288 cases with non-cardia gastric cancer (case group) and 281 normal (controls group). Odds ra-tio(OR) and 95% confidence intervals (95%CI) were measured by unconditional Logistic regression analysis to evaluate the correlations of the alleles and genotypes with the susceptibility to non-cardia gastric cancer. Results No significant difference was found in the frequencies distribution of allele and genotype of SNP rs2295080 between cases and controls. SNP rs2295080 was not associated with the risk of non-cardia gastric cancer. Conclusion SNP rs2295080 may not play an important role in the development of non-cardia gastric cancer.
