原发性干燥综合征发病机制的研究进展

摘要：

干燥综合征是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病，主要表现为外分泌腺淋巴细胞的浸润和B 细胞的高反应性。其发病机制比较复杂，目前认为主要是受基因易感性、环境刺激、免疫紊乱共同影响。

ABSTRACT: Sj gren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disease, which is mainly manifested by exocrine lymphoid cell infiltration and B cell hyperresponsiveness. Its pathogenesis is complex, which has been considered that at present it is mainly affected by genetic susceptibility, environmental stimulus and immune disorders.
