信息化管理在优化急诊心电图流程中的应用

摘要:

目的 评价信息化管理在优化急诊心电图流程中的应用价值。方法 2014年1~6月,我院急诊科收治7711例患者中, 以原发胸痛入院者573例,由医生评价是否有连接心电图需求,若无空余机器,需进行排队等待,管理者依据疾病轻重缓急安排设备;2015年1~6月我院急诊科收治8054例患者中,以原发胸痛入院者592例,采用心电图信息化管理,系统判断是否有心电图检查监护需求,医护人员采用心电图系统工作站叫号,按照相应的规则等待,完成心电图检测,医师利用系统辅助诊断,决定分诊,并制定医嘱。结果 2015 年上半年,心电图使用率、胸痛者心电图使用率、危重症心电图使用率、胸痛2h明确诊断率高于2014年上半年(P<0.05);2015年上半年胸痛者心电图检测时间(0.8±0.4)h,明显低于2014 年上半年的(1.3±0.5)h(P<0.05)。结论 急诊科应用信息化管理可使急诊心电图检查效率明显上升。

    The application of information management in the optimization of ECG

    emergency process

    ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the application value of information management in the optimization of ECG emergency process. Methods From January to June 2014, of 7 711 patients in the emergency department in our hospital, 573 patients with primary chest pain; doctors assessed whether the patients need to connect ECG, if no spare machine, patients need to wait in line and managers prioritized equipment based on disease priorities. From January to June 2015, of 8 054 patients in the emergency department in our hospital, 592 patients with primary chest pain; ECG information management was used to systematically determine whether the patients need to connect ECG; medical staff used ECG system workstation called number and completed the ECG detection in accordance with the corresponding waiting rules; doctors used system to assist diagnosis, decided to triage medical, and developed medical advices. Results In the first half of 2015, the usage rate of ECG, the usage rate of ECG in chest pain patients, the usage rate of ECG in critically ill patients, and the definite diagnosis rate of chest pain in 2 h were higher than those in the first half of 2014 (P<0.05). In the first half of 2015, the ECG examination time of chest pain patients was (0.8±0.4) h, which was significantly lower than (1.3 ±0.5)h in the first half of 2014 (P <0.05). Conclusion Application of information management in the emergency department can make the efficiency of emergency ECG examination increased significantly.
