老年股骨头转子间骨折应用整体护理的效果评价

摘要：
目的 评价老年股骨头转子间骨折护理中整体护理的临床效果。方法 选择我院80例老年股骨头转子间骨折患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用常规方法护理，观察组采用整体护理进行干预，比较两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组护理满意率为97.5%，显著高于对照组的77.5%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为2.5%，显著低于对照组的12.5%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 老年股骨头转子间骨折护理中整体护理的效果良好，能有效减少患 者并发症的发生，提高护理满意率，值得临床推广。

Effect evaluation of holistic nursing on intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of holistic nursing on intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. Methods Eighty elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with holistic nursing. The effect of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the obser- vation group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than 77.5% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 2.5%, which was significantly lower than 12.5% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing has good effect on intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the satisfaction rate of nursing, and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
