腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术的临床应用研究

摘要：
目的 对同期分别行腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术与开腹胃间质瘤切除术患者的临床资料及随访资料进行对比分析，探讨腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术的安全性、可行性和疗效。方法 回顾性分析2010年10月至2016 年10月徐州医学院附属医院普通外科收治的96例行胃间质瘤切除术患者的临床资料，按手术方式的不同分为腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术组（LG 组）和开腹胃间质瘤切除术组（OG 组），其中LG组37例，OG组59例。对比分析LG组与OG 组患者围手术期的临床资料及术后恢复情况。结果 LG组与OG组比较，术中出血量明显较少（[91.62±46.08）mL vs.（130.59±56.54）mL，P=0.001]，术后排气时间明显较短 [3（2，3）d vs.4（3，4）d，P=0.005]，术后住院时间明显缩短（[9.57±2.13）d vs（.11.58±2.78）d，P=0.000]，住院费用明显更低，两组在手术时间、术后并发症发生率及肿瘤破裂例数上比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 相较于开腹切除术，腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术安全可行，具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、住院时间短等优势。
