急性阑尾炎经腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗的临床效果对比

摘要：

目的 分析探讨急性阑尾炎患者采取腹腔镜手术治疗和传统开腹手术治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年2月至 2016年2月收治的急性阑尾炎患者60例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组患者采取腹腔镜手术治疗，对照组患者采取传统开腹手术治疗，分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的70.00%（P<0.05）；对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎，手术创口小、伤害低、术后患者恢复快、感染率低，与传统开腹手术比较，腹腔镜手术更加安全、可靠且效果显著，是现阶段临床治疗急性阑尾炎的首选治疗方法，值得推广和应用。

The clinical effect comparision of laparoscopic surgery and traditional

open surgery on acute appendicitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the effects of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in treatment of patients with acute appendicitis. Methods From February 2014 to February 2016, 60 cases of patients with acute appendicitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery, the control group was treated with traditional open surgery, then the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); the differences of operation time, blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis has significant effect, with small wound, low damage, rapid postoperative recovery and low infection rate. Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic surgery is safer and more effective, and it can be the first choice for clinical treatment of acute appendicitis, and worthy of popularization and application.
