联合用药治疗原发性高血压的临床效果观察

摘要：
目的 探讨原发性高血压治疗中，采用缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片联合用药的临床效果。方法 选取我院2015年1月至 2016年5月门诊部接诊的原发性高血压患者84例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗，观察组给予缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片联合治疗，观察比较两组治疗前、后血压情况及治疗效果。结果 治疗后观察组收缩压（SBP）与舒张压（DBP）显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；对照组总有效率为85.71%，观察组总有效率为95.24%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片联合用药治疗原发性高血压，效果确切，值得推广。

Combination therapy in the treatment of primary hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan and nifedipine combination therapy in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with primary hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received valsartan, while the observation group accepted valsartan and nifedipine combination therapy. The blood pressure and clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the control group was 85.71%, while the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Valsartan and nifedipine combination therapy in the treatment of primary hypertension has exact effect, which is worth promoting.
