毛细血管血血糖测试和静脉血血糖测试结果差异对比研究

摘要:

目的 探讨毛细血管血血糖测试和静脉血血糖测试结果的差异。方法 选取在我院进行常规血糖检测的180例体检人员作为研究对象,根据实际血糖状况将其分为糖耐量异常组(n=40)、低血糖组(n=30)、糖尿病组(n=50)、正常组(n=60),所有 人员均采集指尖毛细血管血和静脉血,进行空腹及餐后2h血糖水平测定,比较各组人员不同血糖检测方法的检测结果。结果空腹状态下四组人员的指尖毛细血管血血糖水平检测结果与静脉血血糖水平比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);餐后2h状态下四组人员的指尖毛细血管血血糖水平检测结果与静脉血血糖水平比较,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论 毛细血管血血糖水平和静脉血血糖水平差异不明显,但毛细血管血血糖测试检测过程更简单,可作为血糖水平测定的有效、方便手段进行大范 围推广运用。

    Comparison research on the difference of capillary

    blood glucose test and venous blood glucose test

    ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the difference of the capillary blood glucose test and the venous blood glucose test. Methods One hundred and eighty physical examiner who received blood glucose test were selected as the study objects. All the physical examiner were divided into impaired glucose tolerance group (n=40), hypoglycemia group (n=30), diabete group (n=50) and normal group (n=60), according to the level of blood glucose. The finger tip blood and venous blood were collected by all the physical examiner, and the fasting blood-glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose were tested. The test results of different personnel blood glucose detection methods were compared. Results On fasting blood-glucose, there was no significant difference between capillary blood glucose test and the venous blood glucose test in these four groups (P>0.05). On 2 h postprandial blood glucose, there was no significant difference between capillary blood glucose test and the venous blood glucose test in these four groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The capillary blood glucose test and venous blood glucose test has no obvious difference, but capillary blood glucose test is more simple and can be used as an effective and convenient method for determination, which can be applied and popularized widely.
