渭南市2014年水源性高碘地区筛查结果分析

摘要:

目的 了解渭南市水源性高碘分布情况,为不同碘营养水平地区供应不同浓度碘盐或采取改水措施提供资料和可行性建议。方法 在渭南市饮水型地方性氟中毒病区、温泉水分布区及以往调查资料显示有高水碘地区(村)开展水碘定性测定和水碘定量测定调查,同时对高水碘村6~12岁儿童进行甲状腺检查和水碘、尿碘测定。结果 我市共筛查出4个高水碘村。分别为合阳县路井镇东吴村、大荔县朝邑镇官庄、下寨镇郑家村,临渭区(经开区)龙北镇苍渡村。甲状腺检查触诊法检查甲状腺显示3 个县4个镇的儿童甲状腺肿大率均小于5%,B超法检查大荔县下寨镇下寨中心小学的儿童甲状腺肿大率为6%,其余3个镇的儿童甲状腺肿大率均小于5%。3个县4个镇的儿童的尿碘中位数均大于300μg/L,处于超量摄入状态。结论 渭南市高水碘村呈零星分布;人群尿碘中位数属超量摄入;大荔县下寨镇达到水源性高碘甲状腺肿地区的划定标准。

      The screening result of waterborne high iodine area in Weinan city in 2014

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the high iodine content of Weinan city water distribution, and provide information and feasible suggestions for salt supply chain in different concentrations of iodine in the regions with different iodine nutrition levels. Methods The qualitative and quantitative determination of iodine concentrations in water was inspected in the regions of endemic fluorosis, spring water distribution and high water iodine regions (village). The water iodine, urinary iodine and thyroid in 6-12 aged children were measured in high water iodine villages. Results We connected four high water iodine village in our city, including Dongwu village, Guanzhuang village, Zhengjia village and Cangdu village. The goiter rate of children in 3 counties and 4 towns was lower than 5%, for B super-examination, the goiter rate of children in Xiazhai central primary school was higher than 6%, the goiter rate of children in the other 3 towns was lower than 5%, the median urinary iodine of children urine iodine in 3 counties and 4 towns was higher than 300μg/L. Conclusion The high water iodine village in Weinan are in a sporadic scattered distribution, population median urinary iodine is higher than the standard intake. The Xiazhai town in Dali country reaches the criteria for waterborne high iodine goiter area.
