优质护理干预在子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜手术围术期中的价值研究

摘要：
目的 探讨优质护理干预在子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜手术围术期中的价值。方法 选取子宫内膜异位症患者共120例，根据随机对照的原则将其分为对照组（60例）和观察组（60例），对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者则联合优质护理干预，将两组患者治疗后的总有效率、手术操作时间、平均住院时间、焦虑和抑郁评分及护理满意度进行观察和比较。 结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率、手术操作时间、平均住院时间、焦虑和抑郁评分及护理满意度明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在子宫内膜异位症患者的护理过程中，优质护理干预能够使患者获得更佳疗效，并显著缩短手术的操作时间及住院时间，缓解患者的不良情绪，有助于提高护理满意度，值得推广应用。

Value study of high-quality nursing intervention in laparoscopic surgery perioperative for
endometriosis patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the value of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with endometriosis laparoscopy perioperative. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases). The control group received routine care, while the observation group accepted high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, then the total effective rate after treatment, operation time, average length of hospital stays, anxiety and depression scores as well as nursing satisfaction were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate after treatment, operation time, average length of hospital stays, anxiety and depression score, and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were superior to those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of endometriosis patients, high-quality nursing intervention enables patients to achieve better efficacy. It can significantly shorten the operation time and hospital stays, alleviate the patient's negative emotion and improve nursing satisfaction, which should be widely applied.
