上呼吸道感染医院中药处方用药研究

摘要：

目的 探讨中药处方在上呼吸道感染治疗中的应用情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 选取2012年10月至2015年10月我院门诊上呼吸道感染中药处方共计826张，从患者年龄、性别、药味数量、中药剂量以及用药频率五个方面对相关资料进行分类、统计，分析上呼吸道感染中药治疗的用药情况。结果上呼吸道感染易患病年龄为≦10岁者，其次为年龄≧ 61岁者；中药处方量的男女比例相对均衡；单张中药处方多为12味中药，剂量为3剂；用药频率最多的中药为解表药、止咳化痰药以及清热药。结论 中药处方用药研究可为上呼吸道感染用药方剂和用量用法的选择提供参考依据。

Study the prescription medication on the traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of

 upper respiratory tract infection

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection, so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods Eight-hundred and twenty-six traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2015 were collected. The data of 826 prescriptions were classified from five aspects including patients' age, patients' gender, number and dose of Chinese medicine and frequency of administration. The medication of traditional Chinese medicine for upper respiratory infection were analyzed. Results Patients aged less than or equal to 10 years were more often to contract upper respiratory tract infection, patients aged 61 years or older took the second place. The number of Chinese medicine prescription of male and female was relative balanced. A single prescription was composed of 12 traditional Chinese medicines and 3 dosages. The exterior-releasing herbs, relieving cough and reducing sputum and Chinese heat-clearing herbs had higher frequency of drug use than the others. Conclusion Researching on traditional Chinese medicine prescription can provide a reference for the selection and dosage of the prescription for the upper respiratory tract infection.
