精准微创外科理念在先天性胃壁肌层缺损中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 研究精准微创外科理念应用于先天性胃壁肌层缺损患儿的临床效果。方法 将于我院接受手术治疗的先天性胃壁肌层缺损38 例患儿按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组。对照组（n=17）患儿采取传统手术治疗，观察组（n=21）患儿采取精准微创外科理念进行治疗。对两组患儿的临床效果进行比较。结果对照组患儿术后并发症发生率明显高于观察组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 精准微创外科理念应用在先天性胃壁肌层缺损患儿中，能降低死亡率和术后并发症发生率。

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of precision and mini-trauma surgery on children with congenital defect of gastric musculature. Methods Thirty-eight children with congenital defect of gastric musculature were selected as study objects. All the children were divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods. The control group (n=17) received traditional surgical treatment, while the observation group (n=21) accepted precision and mini-trauma surgery. The clinical effect of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results The complication rate of the control group was obviously higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Precision and mini-trauma surgery in congenital defect of gastric musculature could reduce mortality and postoperative complications.
