腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆总管结石的临床护理

摘要：

目的 研究腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆总管结石的临床护理措施及效果。方法 选择我院收治的88例行腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗的胆总管结石患者，以护理方法为依据将其划分为对照组和优质护理组，每组44例。对照组患者行常规护理，优质护理组患者在常规护理的基础上加用优质护理，观察两组患者的护理效果。结果护理前，两组患者躯体、心理、认知及生活评分比较，无明显差异（P<0.05）；护理后，两组患者的躯体、心理、认知及生活评分明显优于护理前，且优质护理组患者躯体、心理、认知及生活评分均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；优质护理组患者总有效率为90.9%，显著优于对照组的79.5%（P<0.05）。结论 对接受腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗的胆总管结石患者，通过优质护理可以促进其心理状态及生活质量的改善，发挥良好的应用效果。

Clinical nursing of laparoscopy combined with

choledochoscopy on choledocholithiasis

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical care measures and its effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy on choledocholithiasis. Methods Eighty-eight cases of patients with choledochoscope underwent laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into control group and high quality nursing group based on different nursing methods, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the high quality nursing group accepted routine nursing combined with high quality nursing. The nursing effect of two groups were observed. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in physical, psychological, cognitive and life score of two groups (P<0.05). After nursing, the physical, psychological, cognitive and life score of two groups were obviously better than those before nursing, and the physical, psychological, cognitive and life score of the high quality nursing group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing for choledocholithiasis patients who treated with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy can promote the patients' mental state and the life quality. It has significant application effect.
