优质护理对急性心肌梗死并发糖尿病患者的效果分析

摘要：

目的 对急性心肌梗死并发糖尿病患者的临床护理效果进行分析。方法 选择我院2014年10月至2016年2月收治的急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者78例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各39例。对照组患者接受一般护理，观察组患者接受优质护理，比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 经护理后，观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组，并发症发生几率低于对照组，护理满意率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病的患者采取优质护理，更有利于提高护理有效率与患者满意率，减少并发症发生率，应用价值高。

Effect analysis of high quality nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods Seventy -eight patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received general care, while the observation group received high quality nursing, then the clinical nursing effect were compared. Results After nursing, the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing is more conducive for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus to improve the efficiency of nursing and patients  satisfaction, which can reduce the incidence of complications and has high value.
