舒适护理在胃癌手术围术期中的应用效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨舒适护理在胃癌手术围术期中的应用效果。方法 将2014年9月至2016年5月在我院接受手术治疗的48例胃癌患者作为研究对象，按其入院编号随机抽签分组，观察组和对照组各24例患者。对观察组患者实施围术期舒适护理， 对照组患者则进行常规护理，比较两组患者的胃镜征象积分、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组24例患者在经 过舒适护理之后的胃镜征象积分、护理满意度及术后并发症发生率均明显优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对行手术治疗的胃癌患者进行围术期护理时采用舒适护理措施能够有效改善临床治疗效果，提高患者的生存质量，并能降低术后并发症的发生率，利于患者的恢复，在临床护理中值得借鉴应用和推广。

Effect analysis of comfortable nursing care on gastric cancer in perioperative period

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in gastric cancer surgery perioperative. Methods Forty -eight patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from September 2014 to May 2016 received surgical treatment were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 24 patients in each group. The patients in obserbation group were given perioperative comfortable nursing, the control group received conventional nursing care, then the gastroscope signs integral, the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction in two group after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the gastroscope signs integral, comfortable nursing care satisfaction and postoperative complication rates in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, the differences showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients of gastric cancer during the perioperative nursing, the comfortable nursing measures can effectively improve the clinical effect and improve the quality of the survival of the patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and is conducive to the positive recovery of patients, which is worthy of application and popularization in clinical nursing.
