CT联合超声对复杂先天性心脏病的诊断价值研究

摘要:

目的 探究CT 联合超声诊断方法在先天性心脏病患者诊断中的应用价值。方法 统计分析2014年2月至2016年2月我院收治的80例复杂先天性心脏病患者在分别应用CT与超声进行诊断的诊断结果,并与手术确认结果进行比较,评价CT与超声对复杂先天性心脏病的诊断价值。结果 通过手术检查证明及多种影像检查确诊,患者中存在心内畸形者34例,心外畸形者46例,其中CT心内畸形诊断准确率为79.41%,明显低于超声诊断的94.12%(P<0.01);CT心外畸形诊断准确率为97.83%,明显高于超声诊断的78.26%(P<0.01)。CT与超声联合检测对心内畸形、心外畸形的符合率均为100.00%。结论 采用CT与超声联合诊断对患者复杂先天性心脏病的诊断准确性高,具有较高的临床应用价值,可降低当前心血管造影技术对患者诊断带来的危险,也可减少患者的治疗费用。

    Application value of ultrasonic combined CT in diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonic combined CT in diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease. Methods To analyze the diagnostic results of 80 cases of patients with complex congenital heart disease who were diagnosed by CT and ultrasonic respectively and selected from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital. The diagnostic results and the surgery confirmed results were compared to evaluate the application value of CT and ultrasound in the diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease. Results Confirmed by surgical examination and multiple imaging diagnosis, there were 34 cases of patients with cardiac malformation, 46 cases of patients with extracardiac anomaly. The diagnostic accuracy of cardiac malformation detected by CT was 79.41%, which was obviously lower than 94.12% detected by ultrasonic (P<0.01); the diagnostic accuracy of extracardiac anomaly detected by CT was 97.83%, which was obviously higher than 78.26% detected by ultrasonic (P<0.01). The coincidence rate of cardiac malformation and extracardiac anomaly
    detected by CT combined ultrasound was 100.00%. Conclusion Using CT combined ultrasonic in diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease has higher diagnostic accuracy and clinical value, which can reduce the diagnosis risk of current cardiovascular imaging technology, also can reduce the treatment cost.
