自拟消渴汤联合诺和灵R对2型糖尿病患者血液流变学及胰岛素抵抗的影响分析

摘要：
目的 观察自拟消渴汤联合诺和灵R在治疗2型糖尿病患者中的临床效果。方法 将86例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用诺和灵R+阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组采用诺和灵R+自拟消渴汤治疗，比较两组治疗前、后血糖改善情况，血液流变学指标改善情况及胰岛素抵抗改善情况。结果 治疗后观察组FPG、2 h PBG、HbA1c 显著低于对照组 （P<0.05）；治疗后观察组全血高切、全血低切、血浆比粘度等血液流变学指标显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后FIn、ISI、HOMA-IR 显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 自拟消渴汤联合诺和灵R可显著改善2型糖尿病患者血糖水平，促进血液流变学指标改善，提高胰岛素敏感性，值得临床推广应用。

The influence analysis of Xiaoke Decoction combined Novolin R on blood rheology and insulin resistance
in patients with type 2 diabetes

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoke decoction combined Novolin R on blood rheology and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group adopted the Novolin R and atorvastatin therapy, the observation group used the Novolin R and Xiaoke decoction. Then the blood glucose before and after treatment, blood rheology indexes improvement and improve insulin resistance of two groups were compared. Results After the treatment the levels of FPG, 2 h PBG, HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The index of high blood viscosity, low blood viscosity, plasma ratio viscosity and other hemorheology of the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of FIn, ISI, HOMA-IR of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoke decoction combined Novolin R can significantly improve blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes, promote blood rheology indexes, and improve insulin sensitivity, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
