基层医院手足口病交叉感染的预防

摘要：

目的 探讨医院内预防手足口病交叉感染的干预措施，为防止手足口病医院内传播提出防控依据。方法 分析 2013―2015 年我院诊治的667 例手足口病患儿临床资料，给患儿家属进行健康教育指导和护理干预。比较干预前后患儿家 属对疾病相关知识、预防和基本护理知识的掌握情况。结果干预后，患儿家属对疾病的相关知识掌握率明显优于干预前，差 异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；患儿家属对疾病的预防及基本护理知识掌握情况明显优于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过对手足口病患儿家属进行健康教育和护理指导，有利于控制手足口病医院内交叉感染。

Prevention of cross infection of hand, foot and mouth disease in primary hospital

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the intervention measures to prevent the cross infection of hand, foot and mouth disease in hospital, so as to put forward prevention and control basis for HFMD infection in hospital. Methods Clinical data of 667 children with hand, foot and mouth disease in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed, and the children s family accepted health education and nursing intervention. The mastery condition of disease related knowledge, prevention and nursing methods of children s family before and after the intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the mastery condition of disease related knowledge of family members was significantly higher than that before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the mastery condition of prevention and nursing methods of family members was significantly higher than that before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education and nursing guidance to family members of children with hand, foot and mouth disease are helpful to control cross infection of hand, foot and mouth disease in hospital.
