复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗 急性肠胃炎的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗急性肠胃炎的临床疗效。方法 将本院收治的急性肠胃炎患者80例随机分为对照组和联合组，各 40例。对照组单用奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗，联合组采取复方嗜酸乳杆菌片+奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 联合组的治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的 APACHE域评分、PCT 及IL-6均低于治疗前，且联合组低于对照组（P<0.05）。联合组发热、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐消失时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论 复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗急性肠胃炎可有效纠正腹痛、腹泻等临床症状，提高治疗效果，值得临床应用。

Clinical efficacy of compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with
omeprazole enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound lactobacillusacidophilus tablets combined with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute gastroenteritis admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and combination group,with 40 casesin each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets alone.The combination group was treated with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the APACHE  score, PCT and IL-6 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the combination group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).The time of fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting in the combination group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Noadversereactions occurred in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion Compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined withomeprazoleenteric-coated tablets in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis can effectively correct the clinical symptoms such asabdominalpain and diarrhea,and improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
