阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗冠心病的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合应用于冠心病治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的 78例冠心病患者，对其一般资料予以回顾分析，按照治疗方式将其划分为Ⅰ组（26例）、Ⅱ组（26例）以及Ⅲ组（26例）。Ⅰ组行阿托伐他汀治疗，Ⅱ组行曲美他嗪治疗，Ⅲ组行阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗；比较三组患者治疗后的临床症状改善情况与血脂改善情况。结果 与Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组比较，Ⅲ组患者治疗后全身乏力、胸部疼痛及心悸的发生率更低（P＜0.05）。与Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组比较，Ⅲ组患者治疗后的 TC、TG、LDL-C 水平更低，HDL-C 水平明显更高（P＜0.05）。但Ⅰ组与域组的治疗后各症状发生率及各血脂水平比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合应用于冠心病治疗中的临床效果显著，不仅可进一步改善患者的临床症状，还可改善其血脂指标，值得在临床工作中推广运用。

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidinein the treatment of coronary heartdisease. Methods A total of 78 patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital were selected and their general data were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided in to groupⅠ (26 cases), group Ⅱ (26 cases)and group Ⅲ (26 cases)according to the treatment method.The group  was Ⅰtreated with atorvastatin,the group Ⅱreceived trimetazidine,and group used combination ofatorvastatin combined with trimetazidine.Theimprovementofclinical symptoms and blood lipids were compared between the three groups after treatment.Results Compared with the groupⅠand group Ⅱ,the incidence of generalized fatigue,thoracicpain and palpitation in the group Ⅲ were lower (P<0.05).Compared with the group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in the groupⅢ werelowerand theHDL-C was higher (P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the incidence of each symptom and thelevelsofeach lipidi n group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trime tazidine has significant effecton coronary heartdisease,which not only can further improve the patients````clinical symptoms,but also improve their lipid indicators,it is worth topromotein clinic.
