唑来膦酸联合吉西他滨对非小细胞肺癌伴骨转移的 治疗效果

摘要：

目的 探究唑来膦酸联合吉西他滨对非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）伴骨转移患者的疗效。方法 将 168例 NSCLC 患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各 84例。对照组患者予以吉西他滨+顺铂化疗，研究组在此基础上加用唑来膦酸。比较两组患者疗效及毒副反应发生情况，观察比较治疗前、后循环肿瘤细胞（CTC）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原 199（CA199）水平变化情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗 3个疗程后，两组患者 CTC、CEA、CA199水平均较治疗前降低，且研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组毒副反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 唑来膦酸联合吉西他滨治疗 NSCLC疗效显著，能有效降低血液中癌细胞水平和肿瘤标志物表达，且不增加毒副反应。

Efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with gemcitabine on non-small cell lung
cancer complicated with bone metastasis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with gemcitabine in patientswith non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) complicated with bone metastasis. Methods One hundred and sixty-eightcases of NSCLC patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 84 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gemcitabineand cisplatin chemotherapy,and the study group was additonally given the zoledronicacid on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,occurrence of toxic and side effects of two groups were compared, and the change sofcirculating tumorcell (CTC), carcinoembryonicantigen (CEA) and carbohydrateantigen 199 (CA199)levels were observed before and after treatment. Results The total treatment effective rates in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After 3 courses of treatment,the levels of CTC,CEA and CA199 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate oftoxic and side effects (P>0.05). Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with gemcitabine forNSCLC has significantefficacy,and can effectively reduce the lcancercell level and tumormarker expression in blood,which dose not increase the toxic and side effects.
