M M P-2在人肺腺癌和肺鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要：

目的 探讨 MMP-2在人肺鳞癌和肺腺癌中的表达及意义。方法 采用 HE 染色法对病例资料完整的 34例肺癌组织进行病理分型，进而用免疫组织化学法（IHC）检测肺癌组织和 20例癌旁正常组织中 MMP-2蛋白的表达水平。结果 34例标本 HE 染色法病理分型：腺癌 29例，鳞癌 5例。MMP-2在肺腺癌表达的阳性率高于癌旁正常组织（P=0.002）；MMP-2在肺腺癌中的表达强度（IOD）高于癌旁正常组织（P=0.016）。结论 MMP-2与肺癌的浸润和转移过程密切相关，可作为肺癌的一项重要预后指标。

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the expression of the MMP-2 in human lung adenocarcinoma and lungs quamous carcinoma. Methods Pathological classifications of 34 cases of lung cancer tissues with complete data were detected by HE staining method;the expression of MMP-2 was detected by IHC in the cancertissues and 20 cases of pericarcinomatous normaltissue. Results Pathological classification of 34 specimensby HE staining:29 cases of adenocarcinoma and 5 cases of squamous cell carcinoma.The positiverate of MMP-2 expression in lung adenocarcinoma was higher than that in adjacentnormal tissues(P=0.002).The expression (IOD)of MMP-2 in lung adenocarcinoma washigherthan thatin adjacent normal tissues (P=0.016).Conclusion MMP-2 isclosely related to the invasion and metastasisoflung cancer,and mightbeused as an important prognostic indicator.
