护理干预及急诊 PCI 治疗在老年急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察护理干预及急诊 PCI 治疗在老年急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克中的效果。方法 选取我院 2015 年 10 月 1 日至 2016 年 1 月 2 日收治的老年急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者 108 例为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组，对照组（54例）患者实施常规干预及一般治疗，观察组（54例）患者实施护理干预及急诊 PCI 治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果 观察组老年急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者护理总有效率、病死率及住院时间优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 通过对老年急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者实施护理干预急诊 PCI 治疗，能促患者早期康复，值得进一步推广和应用。

complicated with cardiogenic shock in elderly patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention and emergency PCI on acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock in elderly patients. Methods A total of 108 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock were enrolled in our hospital from October 1, 2015 to January 2, 2016. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given general treatment with routine intervention, and the patients in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention in the implementation of emergency PCI treatment. The clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing, the mortality rate and the hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction and cardiogenic shock in emergency PCI treatment can promote the early rehabilitation of the patients. It is worth to be further promoted and applied in the early stage of rehabilitation of patients.
