人性化护理干预对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者胃肠道功能恢复的影响

摘要：

目的 观察人性化护理干预对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法 选取 128 例急性阑尾炎行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各 64 例。分别采用常规护理干预与人性化护理干预。比较两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁改善情况，健康知识掌握情况及住院时间，护理后胃肠道功能改善情况。结果 两组护理后HAMD、HAMA 评分显著低于护理前，观察组的改善更显著（P<0.05）。观察组健康知识评分显著高于对照组，住院时间显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组排便时间、肛门排气时间显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者给予人性化护理干预，可促进胃肠功能恢复，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of humanized nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function recovery after
laparoscopic appendectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with acute appendicitis underwent laparoscopic appendectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 64 cases in each group. Conventional nursing intervention and humanized nursing intervention were used respectively. The improvement of anxiety and depression before and after nursing, the knowledge of health and the hospitalization time, and the improvement of gastrointestinal function after nursing of the two groups were compared. Results The score of HAMD and HAMA after nursing in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing, and the improvement of the observation group were more significant (P<0.05). The score of health knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The time of defecation and the time of anus exhausting in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic appendectomy can promote therecovery of gastrointestinal function, which is worthy of clinical application.
