围术期全面护理对胆结石患者肛门排气时间 及并发症的影响

摘要：

目的 分析围手术期全面护理对胆结石患者肛门排气时间及并发症的影响。方法 选取 2015 年 12 月至 2017 年 2 月我院普外科收治的 110 例胆结石患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各 55 例。对照组采取常规护理模式，观察组采取围手术期全面护理模式，观察并比较两组患者的肛门排气时间、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 与对照组比较，观察组患者的肛门排气时间较早，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组并发症发生率比较，观察组低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组的护理满意度（90.91%）较对照组的 70.91%更高（P<0.05）。结论 对胆结石患者实施围手术期全面护理，能有效促进肠蠕动，使肛门排气时间提前，并能预防并发症，从而提高护理满意度，值得应用。

Effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on anal exhaust time and complications
in patients with gallstone

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on anal exhaust time andcomplications in patients with gallstone. Methods One hundred and ten patients with gallstone treated in our hospital fromDecember 2015 to February 2017 were selected, and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given perioperative comprehensive nursing. The anal exhaust time, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the anal exhaust time of the observation group was earlier (P<0.05). The complications rate of the observation group was less than that of the control group, but there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (90.91%) was higher than 70.91%of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients with gallstone can promote peristalsis, advance anal exhaust time, prevent complications and increase nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of application.
