护理管理在糖尿病专科护理中的应用效果

摘要：
目的 研究护理管理在糖尿病专科护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的 84 例糖尿病患者，对其一般资料进行回顾分析，将所有患者根据护理方法分为研究组（42 例）和对照组（42 例），对照组选取常规方式予以护理，研究组基于常规护理给予护理管理。对比两组护理效果。结果 与对照组对比，研究组患者的餐后 2 h 血糖及空腹血糖水平、SAS 评分、心理状况、身体功能、躯体功能以及日常生活能力评分明显更优（P<0.05）。护理后，两组患者对护理人员各项护理满意度评分升高，且研究组的各项评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 护理管理应用于糖尿病专科护理中，可改善患者血糖水平与焦虑状况，提升其生活质量，还可提高护理人员护理能力，值得在糖尿病专科护理中推广应用。

Application effect of nursing management in diabetes specialist nursing

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the application effect of nursing management in diabetes specialist nursing. Methods A total of 84 diabetic patients admited in our hospital were selected, their general data were retrospectively analyzed, all patients were divided into study group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases) according to nursing method. The control group was given routine nursing, on this basis, the study group was given nursing management. The nursing effects were compared in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting glucose levels, SAS scores, psychological status, limb function, physical function and daily living ability score in the study group were significantly better (P<0.05). After nursing, the nursing satisfaction scores of the patients in both groups increased, and those of the study group were higher than the control grou (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing management applied in the diabetes specialist nursing can improve blood glucose level and anxiety state, improve the quality of life of patients and nursing ability of nursing staff. It is worthy of popularization and application in diabetes specialist care.
