超声检查在妇科计划生育临床手术中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 分析超声检查在妇科计划生育临床手术中的应用价值。方法 收集我院 2015 年 3 月至 2017 年 3 月收治的实施节育器放置术的患者 90 例，随机分为观察组（n=45）和对照组（n=45）。对照组术前予以超声检查，术中仅依靠医生临床经验进行手术；观察组术前予以超声检查，在超声引导下进行手术。比较两组手术情况与并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者的手术时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 超声检查可有效缩短节育器放置术的手术时间，减少感染等并发症的发生，在计划生育中具有较高的应用价值，且安全性较高，费用低廉，值得借鉴，适用于在基层医院推广。

Application value of ultrasonography in clinical operation of gynecology family planning

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonography in the clinical operation of gynecological family planning. Methods A total of 90 patients underwent IUD placement in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45). Patients in the control group were given preoperative ultrasound and underwent surgery only on the basis of clinical experience of the doctors. The observation group was given preoperative ultrasound and underwent surgery under ultrasound guidance. The surgical conditions, the incidences of complications were compared in the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of bleeding during operation was less than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonography can effectively shorten the operation time of IUD placement, reduce the incidence of complications such as infection, it has high application value in family planning, with high safety and low cost, it is worthy of learning from and is suitable for promotion in the primary hospital.
